Duplicate prevention

I currently use Pinchflat and am thinking of moving to Youtarr. How does Youtarr handle avoiding duplicate downloads? The issue I have with Pinchflat is that if I rename a video, it is re-downloaded unless I set "Do not re-download," which is tedious. For Youtarr, if I rename a video, will the original be re-downloaded -- or does it handle duplicate prevention differently? Thanks.

BY default Youtarr will NOT re-download videos that it already downloaded... but if you rename them and remove the youtube id from the video name, it will show them as missing (or if you move them outside of the Youtarr tracked directory)
