Welcome to HostDelta — catch up on your server.
HostDelta combines observed Linux host state changes, system events, and HTTP request summaries into a local briefing for returning operators and automation agents.
Contributions are welcome: code, documentation, sanitized bug reports, and real-world environment testing all help. Start with good first issues, or explore help wanted.
Use Q&A for usage questions, Ideas for proposals, and Show and tell to share your setup. Tell us which operational question you want a briefing to answer.
Please read CONTRIBUTING.md and the Code of Conduct. Review evidence before posting: no credentials, raw state databases, private endpoints, or unsanitized logs.
The project is beta. OpenStack and Proxmox live acceptance is pending; the repository includes a validation runbook. Tests against local fixtures do not establish production readiness.
