Update Slack approval requests when approved through web interface

Describe the feature

When approvals are completed through the web interface, the approval status should be synchronized to Slack message, updating the original Slack approval request message to show it has been completed.

Use Case

I always get frustrated when I approve request through the web interface. Currently, the Slack approval request notification remains in an "unapproved" state even after I've approved the request via web. This creates confusion as team members looking at Slack may think the approval is still pending, when in fact it has been completed.
