- Derive `Serialize, Deserialize` to all `*Target` types used in pod2
- This required adding the dependency `serde_arrays` to allow
serialization of arrays of generic length (unsupported by plain
`serde`)
- Remove the unstable feature `stdarch_x86_avx512` because it's now
stable in recent rust versions
- Derive `Clone` to all generators so that `ProverOnlyCircuitData` can
also be `Clone`
- This required adding the dependency `dyn_clone` to derive `Clone`
for `Box<dyn WitnessGenerator>`
- Use a reference for the received bytes in `from_bytes` methods to
avoid copying data.
