GitPython 3.1.44 is affected by GHSA-284h-m62q-gf8w (critical), GHSA-8mcc-hrx5-hvxc, GHSA-7833-fr7j-v32q and other advisories fixed in 3.1.59+. Updates the pin in pyproject.toml and the matching uv.lock entries only.
