Décision du 02/11 (Nicolas) : le retirer de tous les modules, les notes de release venant désormais derelease.js(RELEASE_NOTES.md).Ce qui change
develop: le fichier disparaît, rien d'autre (1 fichier supprimé).main: il perdra le fichier à la prochaine release (mergedevelop→main). D'ici là, le workflow peut encore se déclencher, et échouer, au prochain push surmain.ChangeLog.mdreste tel quel (historique) ;package.jsonn'est pas modifié.Vérifications
