- `ChannelState.copyWith(membership: null)` now clears the membership instead of keeping it, as it already did for `draft`.
🐞 Fixed
- Fixed a `Channel` becoming unusable after the current user hides it or is removed from it, for example by blocking the other member of a direct message.
- Fixed `Channel.hidden` not following the `channel.hidden` and `channel.visible` events.
- Fixed the current user's membership staying on a channel after they are removed from it.
- `Attachment.type` is now `url_preview` for every attachment scraped from a link in the message text, including a link to an image or file. Use `Attachment.rawType` to read the type it was created or received with.
- `Attachment.toJson` keeps the original `type` of an attachment scraped from a link, such as `video` or `image`, instead of writing `url_preview`.

Do not relist a channel when a hide event arrives during watch().
If channel.hidden unlists the channel while the watch request is in flight, query() relists it when the older response arrives. Track hide events that occur during the request, and skip the relist when one was processed after the request started.

Update the `query()` flow around the `cid` listing check to avoid relisting a
channel when a hide event was processed after the watch request began. Track
whether a hide event occurs during the in-flight request, and use that state to
skip `_client.state.addChannels` for the stale response while preserving normal
listing behavior otherwise.

Handle a removal notification that has no user.
The new notification.removed_from_channel case uses event.user!. When the payload has no top-level user, the null check throws before onCurrentUserRemoved runs. _guard logs a warning, and membership and read state stay set. Fall back to the current user when event.user is null. Skip the cleanup only when no user is available.

Keep a hidden channel unlisted when its hide or removal happens while a query is in flight.
queryChannels applies the server response after its request and persistence awaits. addChannels then clears the unlisted state for every cid in that response. A hide or removal that arrives during the wait is undone, so the channel can reappear in client.state.channels until the next query.
Do not skip every unlisted cid in _mapChannelStateToChannel. A later query is meant to relist a hidden channel the server returns. The tests "querying channels brings back only the hidden channels the server returns" and "querying channels reuses the instance of a hidden channel" depend on that path.
Record when each cid is unlisted. Capture a sequence value when the query starts. When the response is applied, keep a cid unlisted if it was unlisted after the query started. Relist the other cids as before. Use the same decision for the channels returned in QueryChannelsResult, because the list controller builds its items from that result.

Update the queryChannels response flow around _mapChannelStateToChannel and
addChannels to track when each cid becomes unlisted and capture that sequence
when a query starts. When applying the response, preserve unlisted status for
cids unlisted after that query began, while relisting other returned cids as
before; use the same decision when building QueryChannelsResult so its channels
match client.state.channels. Keep later queries able to relist hidden channels
returned by the server.

Relist the channel from event.cid in the channel.visible listener.
The listener relists only when event.channel is present. The channel.visible event object lists channel as optional, so a CID-only event can hide the channel's visibility change while the channel stays out of client.state.channels. Use event.cid as the fallback key.

Skip removed channels in the global mark-read handler.
The notification.mark_read handler now iterates _channelsController.value, which still holds channels the user was removed from. Setting unreadCount = 0 on such a channel creates a current-user Read and persists it. The removal path clears that entry on purpose, so the handler reintroduces state that removal removed. Limit the loop to channels the user still belongs to, or skip channels whose membership was cleared.
