Updates the docs to match recent Views and preferences changes in
fileglancer (#477,
#479, and the
Layer Cart and Sources commits merged with them).
Neuroglancer button now creates a View by default. Adds a "Create a View
from one dataset" section to
workflows/views.mdx, and updatesfeatures/image-support.mdx,workflows/data-links.mdx, and thequick-start steps to match.

and the standalone base URL.
