Adds a complete Italian translation of the Gradio UI as acestep/ui/gradio/i18n/it.json, following the same pattern as #1087: a single new JSON file, picked up automatically by the existing loader. No code changes.

Scope

• Covers all 511 keys in en.json, except the unused gen section, which was dropped from feat: add Portuguese (pt-BR) i18n translation #1087 for the same reason.
• Placeholders, URLs, code blocks and line structure match en.json.
• Labels that are still hardcoded in English in the UI code (Simple, Custom, Remix, Repaint, Retake, Edit, Repaint Strength) stay in English in the help text, so the instructions match what users see on screen.

Validation

• Key parity with en.json checked by script: no missing or extra keys, no placeholder mismatches.
• I18n("it") loads the file and lists ('it', 'Italian', 'Italiano'); keys missing from it fall back to English as before.
• help_content_i18n_test and i18n_thread_safety_test pass.
