Nerd Fonts Manager (nfm)

Easily install, manage, and remove Nerd Fonts directly from your terminal.

📦 Installation

From GitHub (recommended)

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ajmasia/nerdfonts-manager/main/install.sh | bash

From source (dev mode)

Clone the repository and run directly:

git clone https://github.com/ajmasia/nerdfonts-manager.git
cd nerdfonts-manager
./nfm -h

Using Nix (NixOS or nix profile)

You can install nfm directly via Nix flakes:

nix profile install github:ajmasia/nerdfonts-manager

Run it immediately with:

nix run github:ajmasia/nerdfonts-manager -- -h

To update to the latest version:

nix profile upgrade github:ajmasia/nerdfonts-manager --no-write-lock-file

ℹ️ If the new binary is not available right away, restart your shell or run:

source ~/.nix-profile/etc/profile.d/nix.sh

🚀 Usage

nfm list	List installed fonts	nfm list
nfm install	Interactive installation (select with fzf)	nfm install
nfm install <FONT...>	Install one or more specific fonts	nfm install FiraCode Meslo
nfm uninstall	Interactive uninstall (select with fzf)	nfm uninstall
nfm uninstall <FONT...>	Uninstall one or more specific fonts	nfm uninstall Meslo

❌ Uninstall

To remove Nerd Fonts Manager from your system:

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ajmasia/nerdfonts-manager/main/uninstall.sh | bash

For Nix users:

nix profile remove github:ajmasia/nerdfonts-manager
