Draft reviews previously required the reviewer to copy a local Markdown summary into the native review form. With this change, the Docker runner waits for the tracked native review to be submitted, then automatically attaches the summary as a separate PR comment identifying the review and captured commit. The native form can remain empty, and human review text, line-comment edits and the selected verdict are preserved.
The default wait is one hour.
draft-watch <key>resumes from the same persistent output/account/target without calling a model. Publication intent is saved before POST; ambiguous results are reconciled without a second write. Account, repository, PR, base/head and review state are rechecked. Cancellation now reaches in-flight API requests while retaining request timeouts, so graceful container shutdown releases the account/PR lock.Editing line comments does not regenerate the summary; preview/edit the local Markdown when conclusions change. Submit mode remains the default. The existing Forgejo placeholder-timeline display limitation is unchanged.
