The 52 pt unified titlebar and 56 pt sheet offset gave the window a heavy top edge. Use the native compact toolbar instead: the measured toolbar is 40 pt, the reading sheet starts at 44 pt, and the existing 12 pt bottom gutter and 32 pt button targets remain. Window controls, sidebar toggle, title and actions share the same vertical center.

Panel icons now use a consistent 14 pt size. Changes, Files and Task show a quiet inset background for the open panel, with separate hover and press feedback inside the existing shared glass capsule. The text-only, left-aligned title and integrated inspector from #210 remain in place.

Validation:

• Portable checks passed on the PR commit.
• macOS release build and WorkbenchChecks passed; the optional live SSH check was skipped.
• Native-design and task-context fixtures passed, including actual titlebar geometry, long titles, light/dark appearance, narrow layouts, inspector reflow and preserved editor state.
• Actual local preview inspected in light/dark appearance; this is isolated fixture acceptance, not real remote-session acceptance.

Based on current main after #210. No production app replacement or merge is included.
