- Replace the test and push jobs with a call to chorrell/workflows docker-publish@v1
- Keeps both test platforms, the test.json test, and the MAJOR_VERSION build arg and tag (now inputs, since a reusable-workflow call can't read env)
- Add .github/zizmor.yml allowing tag-pinned chorrell/* references
