• codefly build service names the image it built only in a log line; no machine-readable image reference or digest

• render · a module service is reachable only from its hop: STRICT mTLS, hop-only AuthorizationPolicy and NetworkPolicy, no sa/default, refused when a composition routes around it

• codefly audit service has no dated accept list, so a composed-service audit cannot be a merge gate without re-implementing the policy

• generate proto/client: record the companion image by digest, not by tag

• derived host ports fall inside the Linux ephemeral range, so a fixed naming scope intermittently fails to bind on CI

  codefly-dev/cli#1267 · Filter by author antoinetoussaint-byte opened on Oct 31, 2026

• a native run keeps every service's build output; prune intermediate build artefacts after a successful link so a composition's disk use scales with binaries, not with build trees

  codefly-dev/cli#1266 · Filter by author antoinetoussaint-byte opened on Oct 31, 2026

• codefly run builds independent services serially on a fresh machine; build them in parallel (bounded) so a composition's readiness scales with the slowest build, not the sum

• A consumer of runnable bindings receives the whole group as environment variables; at 182 operations it sits at 489 KB of the 512 KiB limit and grows with every tool

• The Docker generate qualification shards flake on every release today (proxy.golang.org reads, missing agent download), and --failed re-runs leave the aggregate red

• codefly run that fails or is stopped leaves docker containers and a native ClickHouse group holding ports; codefly clear refuses the group (0.1.222)

• generate client --services narrows only the facade; descriptor set, catalog and bindings keep every service
