POST /_synapse/client/invite_guests/link creates one unlimited, passwordless MAS registration token with the guest username template and returns its `invite_url`. This backs the "Copy invite link" button. It applies the caller and room checks of invite_guests, which move to a shared method, and is served when email invites are on. MAS's user-registration-tokens endpoint doesn't take `room_id` yet and ignores it, so the guest isn't sent to the room after registering until MAS accepts it. …st-invite-link Both sides add a `MasAdminClient.create_registration_token`. They become one, which mints a passwordless token for a room with an optional address, usage limit and expiry, and returns its ID and link. As for email invites, MAS now takes a registration token's username as a
minijinja template, with `random` as its variable, and refuses the old
`{random}` placeholder when minting.
