Runs bundle update --minor --strict so every gem moves to its latest patch or minor release. Rails goes from 7.0.8.7 to 7.0.10.

A few gems stay at their current versions because their new releases need code changes, which can be done separately:

  • rubocop and rubocop-rails enable cops that flag existing code
  • stackprof changes the print_flamegraph signature
  • single_cov renames APP_FOLDERS
  • parser is the only gem whose version string still matches .ruby-version, which the cleanliness test checks

Lockfile only. No UI changes. No new tests: the existing suite covers the update.

Risks

  • Low: a gem's minor release changes behaviour in a way the test suite does not cover. Everything here is a patch or minor bump within the same major version.

bundle update --minor --strict, keeping the change lockfile-only. Rails
moves from 7.0.8.7 to 7.0.10.

code changes: rubocop and rubocop-rails enable cops that flag existing
code, stackprof 0.2.28 changes the print_flamegraph signature, single_cov
1.11 renames APP_FOLDERS, and parser 3.3.12 stops the lockfile containing
the .ruby-version string that the cleanliness test looks for.
