At Ever Tech there are three ways in: an internship, a full-time role, or a contract, all for engineers who operate AI agents as well as they write code. You work on client products and on our own platforms, Ever Works and Ever Platform.
- Product Engineer Intern — AI Operator: A paid 3–6 month internship operating AI agents under a senior operator. Sofia (hybrid) or remote EU.
- Product Engineer — AI Operator: Own client outcomes with a small team of AI agents. Remote (EU time zones) or Sofia.
- Senior Product Engineer — AI Operator (Contract): Lead engagements, a team of agents and the client relationship as a contractor, 20–40 h/week. Remote, any time zone.

Ever Technologies is a software agency founded in Israel in 2015 with an engineering office in Bulgaria since 2017. We build products for clients and our own open-source platforms (Ever Gauzy, Ever Teams, Ever Works, Ever Rec, Ever Traduora — 100+ contributors). Today we sell three things by the hour: our human product engineers, human-operated agents — pre-built AI engineers that our people operate — and teams of both, led by one of us.
