Add an
ampMetricTemplate provider that queries Amazon Managed Service for Prometheus with AWS SigV4.The provider reuses Prometheus PromQL query handling and signs requests with the same default AWS credential chain as CloudWatch (
regionrequired). Grantaps:QueryMetricsto the identity Flagger uses.
