Deferred after #33 merged and passed main CI. This regenerated batch contains the two intentionally retained upgrades: PGX 5.11.0 and SQLite 1.60.1/libc 1.77.1.
PGX changes custom Rows implementations and connection-string/date handling. The SQLite update changes generated bindings and VFS lifecycle behavior and needs a separate persisted-store compatibility review. The batch also removes seeded example requirements, which must be preserved. Retain the current versions and existing monthly/security update configuration.
