Fixes #743.
Walk routes can already inspect methods and queries. Headers were registered but not readable, so generated docs missed Accept / Content-Type constraints.
GetHeaders returns exact Header() pairs. GetHeadersRegexp returns the compiled HeaderRegexp patterns as strings.
