uv.lockto pincertififrom 2026.1.4 to 2026.10.19 (transitive dependency used by HTTP clients such ashttpx/requests). The lock revision is bumped accordingly; artifact URLs and hashes for the new release are the only other edits.The upstream release refreshes the Mozilla CA bundle and includes CA trust changes (notably emSign root handling per certifi’s changelog).
