Mouse wheel not forwarded to apps using mouse reporting (opencode TUI) #437
Description
Windows 11, Termic 1.19.2. When an app enables mouse reporting (e.g. opencode 1.19.4, opentui-based), the wheel still scrolls Termic's scrollback instead of reaching the app, so the TUI never scrolls on wheel. Keyboard paging (PgUp/PgDn) reaches the app correctly. Expected: while mouse reporting/SGR mode is active, wheel events should be passed to the PTY like iTerm2/Windows Terminal do.

Fixed in v1.20.0, released today.
Termic on Windows now ships Microsoft's newer ConPTY next to the exe, which forwards mouse reporting, so the wheel reaches opencode and other TUIs that ask for it.
Reopen if it still scrolls the terminal instead.
