Pin the GitHub Actions used by this repo's workflows and composite actions to full commit SHAs instead of mutable tags or branches, so a moved tag or a compromised upstream cannot change what runs here. Behaviour is unchanged: each SHA is the commit the previous ref pointed to on 2026-10-15. The original version is kept as a trailing comment so the pin stays readable and updatable.
