Add examples/projects/graphs: the aif-workflow skill, which has a coding assistant (Claude Code, Codex or Kiro CLI) turn a task into a graph of AI Functions agent threads with checked pre- and post-conditions, and a read-only terminal viewer for the recorded runs.

  • aif-workflow/: the skill, its runtime (orchestration on a coordinator and worker, condition recording, Kiro/Claude/Codex/AIThread backends) and condition helpers, copied into every generated graph package
  • graphs.py: CLI (view, skills) and the Textual viewer
  • recordings.py: tolerant reader of recorded runs and view models
  • layout.py: longest-path layout and box-drawing connectors
  • skills.py: installs the skill into a project's assistant folder
  • README: quick start in your own project, with a 13-step regional report as the default example and a screenshot of a real run
  • Offline tests with fake agents and a headless viewer

Also list the example in examples/README.md. No changes to the ai_functions package.
