Summary

Document that common HTTP security headers should usually be set at NGINX, not in Vouch Proxy.

The existing vouch.yourdomain.com proxy example is unchanged. A short note after it shows add_header examples for Referrer-Policy, Strict-Transport-Security, X-Content-Type-Options, and X-Frame-Options, and points at the OWASP header guidance.

Fixes #583

Test plan

  • Confirm the existing nginx Host-header example is unchanged
  • Confirm the new snippet uses NGINX add_header
  • Docs-only change (README.md)

Fixes vouch#583
