The vault and market risk tiers are my judgement calls. Tokenized single stocks are set to tier 3, like cbDOGE/UNI at ~62% LLTV. SPY gets tier 2 because it's a broad index. With vault risk 3, tier 3 markets can take up to 101% of the vault and tier 2 markets have no cap. With vault risk 2 instead, each single-stock market would be capped at 30%.
