OfflineShelf builds Wikipedia reading lists for places without internet: schools, libraries and clinics. Build a list from a category, a Wikidata query, pasted titles or the most-read articles; combine lists; rebuild them every month; export them as TSV, an offline HTML bundle or a ZIM file for Kiwix.
