Clean up the resources created by each spec.

Each It runs this BeforeEach and creates a Secret and a QuayRegistry. The test does not register cleanup, so both resources remain in the shared test environment after the spec. Register DeferCleanup for the created resources, or delete them in AfterEach. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

As per path instructions, “resources created in tests must be cleaned up via defer or AfterEach. Flag leaked resources.”

Register DeferCleanup for the Secret represented by configBundle and the
QuayRegistry created through k8sClient in BeforeEach, so both resources are
removed after each spec.

If `status.currentVersion` does not equal the Operator version, check if it can be upgraded. If it can, perform upgrade tasks and set the `status.currentVersion` to the Operator's version once complete. If it cannot be upgraded, return an error and leave the `QuayRegistry` and its deployed Kubernetes objects alone.

#### Cache component

With new versions of the operator, a new `cache` component is added to the `QuayRegistry` custom resource. This component sets up Quay pods to use Redis as an in-memory caching store. Previously, each Quay pod used an internal Memcached instance for caching purposes and cached data was not shared between pods. The new caching scheme allows Quay to use Redis as the cache store optimizing sharing of data between pods, lowering database pressure by lowering the number of database calls and preventing stale cache scenarios.

On upgrades, if Redis is managed by the operator, the `cache` component will implicitly be set to `managed: true` and added to `QuayRegistry` custom resource. If Redis is unmanaged, `cache` component of the `QuayRegistry` custom resource will automatically be set to `managed: false` and Quay will fall back to the internal Memcached instance unless caching configuration is provided through the init config bundle.
On upgrades, if the `cache` component is omitted and the init config bundle contains `DATA_MODEL_CACHE_CONFIG`, the operator adds the cache component as `managed: false`. This preserves the supplied cache configuration, including when Redis is managed. Without a cache configuration, the cache component defaults to `managed: true` when Redis is managed and to `managed: false` when Redis is unmanaged.

An explicit cache component is preserved. In particular, an explicitly managed cache component still cannot use a custom `DATA_MODEL_CACHE_CONFIG`.

If you added a customized `DATA_MODEL_CACHE_CONFIG` to the init config bundle prior to upgrading and you have `redis` component set as `managed: true`, you must either:
1. set the `cache` component explicitly to `managed: false` in the `QuayRegistry` custom resource, or
2. delete the customized configuration from the init config bundle and allow the operator to set up safe defaults for your Quay deployment.
If an earlier operator version already added `cache` with `managed: true`, the operator cannot determine whether that value was user-selected or defaulted. To retain a custom cache configuration, set the cache component explicitly to `managed: false`. Alternatively, remove the custom cache configuration to use the operator-managed cache defaults.
